- Regular (3 to 7 Days): Ground Shipment. This is by far the most economical shipping method of choice. Please review our state shipping map below to determine your shipping time. The day your order ships is not counted as one of the shipping days on the map.
- Express Saver (3 Days): Air Shipment, will arrive in 3 business days. The day your order ships, is not counted as one of the days. Therefore, if you order on Monday prior to 12:00 noon EST, this order would arrive on Thursday.
- Express (2 Days): Air Shipment, will arrive in 2 business days. The day your order ships, is not counted as one of the days. Therefore, if you order on Monday prior to 12:00 noon EST, this order would arrive on Wednesday.
- Express (Overnight): Air Shipment, will arrive in 1 business day. The day your order ships, is not counted as one of the days. Therefore, if you order on Monday prior to 12:00 noon EST, this order would arrive on Tuesday.
- Hold for Pickup: You can pick up your order at our warehouse, or arrange for a freight forwarder.
The map below represents the standard shipping for ground service as provided by Federal Express for our U.S. Warehouse ZIP code 12919. This map is a guidelline for Regular Ground shipments only, and does not apply to Express shipments that are sent by Air.
Shipping Cost Estimate: Customers demand same day shipping and fast turn around for processing orders. Therefore, all orders received prior to 12:00 Noon EST, ship same day. (the only exception to this are extremely large store start-up orders, which may ship the next business day) As we are uncertain of the number of boxes, box size, or weight, at time of order, we do a "Pre Authorization" of funds (this is simply a credit card 'hold' of funds) and once the real freight amounts come in (usually within 24 hours), we "Complete" the transaction with the actual costs. Typically, ground shipments are $10.00 per box shipped. 3 Day Express, is about 2x Ground, 2 Day Express, is about 3x Ground, and Overnight is about 5x Ground, so please choose your shipping method wisely!
We are able to offer the most competitive shipping cost, as our warehouse does an incredible volume with Federal Express. These Distribution Cost savings are passed on to you, our valued customers, regardless of your state location!

Important Note: Always keep extra fiberfill on hand, hidden, as an emergency supply. Sending Fiber Express or Overnight is very, very costly. If you run out, your business will be non functional, so always keep a box hidden away for a rainy day!)
