Teddy Zoo is intended to be your "one-stop-shop" web portal for all your plush and toy business needs. Our website contains the best selected products and brands in the 'make your own bear' business. This means that we do select and distribute products for a few different brands as a complimentory service to our customers.

Because the Teddy Mountain® brand is exclusive to us and because we control the Distribution Center it ships from, we are able to get the best shipping prices available. So the bottom line is, if you order products that contains the Teddy Mountain® logo beside the product image , you will save on shipping.

Why are we able to offer lower shipping costs you ask? Our Distribution Centers are bigger and have much larger volumes than anyone in this market. This allows us to provide those savings back to you!

Here is the standard shipping for ground service as provided by Fedex for ZIP code 12919. Every product displaying the Teddy Mountain logo is shipped from this facility. The way to calculate shipping time is to take the day of order, add 24 hours to it, then add the # of days as per the map below. so if you order on the 10th, Add 24 hours (now the 11th), then add the # of days as per the calendar below. So if you are in the green section of the map, add 4 days, that brings us to the 15th. This information is provided as information ONLY. We do not guarantee ship times.

Please note that these shipping time estimates are based on orders placed before 12:00PM (noon) EST. Please also factor in delays such as the busy holiday seasons and bad weather situations for the carrier. The rule of thumb for order planning is to allow an additional 2 days of transit time, in addition to your regular order delivery timelines. This will allow for any timing or carrier issues that may be encountered. Please pre-plan as best as possible to always give yourself a 2-4 days buffer just in case.
There are just too many variables that can delay a shipment due to the carriers routing and delivery. On our end, we will ship within the next 24 hours of receiving your order, and will provide all tracking information within 48 hours of the order placement.

(Important Note: Always keep extra fiberfill on hand, hidden, as an emergency supply. Sending Fiber Express or Overnight is very, very costly. If you run out, your business will be non functional, so always keep a box hidden away for a rainy day!)
